At Tucker Parker Smith Group (TPS Group), we are seeking a skilled Contract Analyst to join our team. As a Contract Analyst, you will play a critical role in preparing contract transactions for procurement-related activities.

Responsibilities

* Draft, review, and manage vendor agreements, amendments, and procurement documentation across various risk levels.
* Provide expertise in contracts management policies, negotiation, and compliance best practices.
* Evaluate vendor engagements to ensure alignment with Data Privacy and Information Security requirements.
* Negotiate business-specific legal terms and conditions.
* Collaborate with Legal, Data Privacy Compliance, Risk Management, and other departments to analyze contracts and mitigate risk.
* Support the development of bid documents and contract terms for special procurement needs.
* Assist in creating Request for Proposals (RFPs) and bid responses, focusing on contract terms and conditions.
* Facilitate Vendor onboarding and contribute to User Acceptance Testing processes.

Requirements

* 2-3 years of experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and subscription management.
* Familiarity with procurement/sourcing processes for goods and services.
* Experience in the technology industry (software, hardware, SaaS, AI) is a plus.
* Proficient in MS Word (redlining, document comparison), Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Able to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and provide client support.
* Experience with Ariba, MS Outlook, Adobe Professional, electronic signing, Sirion Labs (or similar), and SharePoint is a plus.
