Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Specialist, Content to join our Business Affairs team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing license deals, negotiating agreements, and ensuring compliance with agreement terms. Your expertise will help us maximize our content licensing efforts while maintaining contractual integrity and optimizing revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support the Content Acquisition team in managing license deals and negotiating agreements.
  2. Communicate contractual risks to internal departments and affiliate companies.
  3. Negotiate and extend agreements with licensors.
  4. Provide daily updates to other teams to ensure a clear understanding of finalized deal terms.
  5. Maintain an organized system for tracking deal terms and update negotiation statuses within our internal tracking systems.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in content licensing, contract negotiations, or a related field in the entertainment industry. You should have experience managing licensing content and IPs, as well as working with Japanese businesses and understanding Japanese business culture.
