The HERTRICH Family of Automobile Dealerships is seeking a highly motivated Dealership Administrative Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the administrative functions of our dealerships, ensuring efficient and effective operations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in an Automotive Dealership Office Manager role, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes comprehensive medical insurance, dental, vision, accident, cancer, and life insurance for employees and their families. We also offer short- and long-term disability plans, paid vacation, holidays, personal/sick days, and a 401(k) plan with employer match.

As a Dealership Administrative Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing staff members within the accounting offices
  • Analyzing and organizing office/administrative operations and procedures
  • Ensuring that all scheduled accounts, including warranty claims, rebates, parts, and vehicle inventory, are current and accurate
  • Reviewing the reconciliation of general ledger accounts with outside sources to ensure bank reconciliations, reserve accounts, and factory and floor plan payables are accurate
  • Performing month and year-end closes on a timely basis
  • Working closely with all departments in both an accounting and operational capacity
