Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Cherokee Federal. This is a vital role that requires exceptional organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to facilitate smooth operations. They will prepare and edit technical or general documentation using software such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Windows. They will also transcribe documents and ensure accuracy and clarity in content.

This position requires an Associate degree with a minimum of five years direct experience as an Administrative Assistant, or a bachelor's degree in a related field of study or a combination of substantial experience and education in the administrative field. The ideal candidate must be able to interact with senior level managers such as high-level military and civilian medical, health care and technical personnel.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $$55,000 - $65,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
