Salary and Benefits

We offer extremely competitive wages, with an estimated salary range of $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. Job Description

As an Automotive Office Manager at the HERTRICH Family of Automobile Dealerships, you will oversee staff members within the accounting offices, analyze and organize office/administrative operations and procedures, ensure accurate accounts, review reconciliations, perform month and year-end closes, work closely with departments, and perform income and expense analysis.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years' experience in an Automotive Dealership Office Manager position, be extremely organized, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, and have the ability to manage others effectively in a high-pressure environment. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, email, internet, and dealership software, are also essential. DealerTrack knowledge and a relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience are preferred.
