The HERTRICH Family of Automobile Dealerships is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial records and reports. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in an Automotive Dealership Office Manager role, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

We offer a competitive salary of $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes comprehensive medical insurance, dental, vision, accident, cancer, and life insurance for employees and their families. We also offer short- and long-term disability plans, paid vacation, holidays, personal/sick days, and a 401(k) plan with employer match.

As an Office Management Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial records and reports
  • Analyzing and optimizing office procedures and processes
  • Working closely with all departments in both an accounting and operational capacity
  • Providing excellent customer service to dealership clients and customers
