Position Overview:

We are seeking a Field Marketing Representative in the Greater Boston area. This role is essential in refining our customers' experiences as they upgrade their homes.

This position offers uncapped commission alongside a base salary. Successful candidates can expect to earn over $80,000 in on-target earnings (OTE) during their first year. The base pay begins at $20 per hour, influenced by various factors such as experience, education, location, and certifications.

Now including a $1,000 Hire Bonus

Key Responsibilities:

This role involves generating highly qualified leads through door-to-door canvassing. Responsibilities include:

  • Actively engaging in door-to-door campaigns within assigned territories to create qualified sales opportunities.
  • Transporting oneself to designated areas and working independently while maintaining a professional representation of Renewal by Andersen.
  • Utilizing company mapping tools and applications to accurately document house-to-house information and data.
  • Exhibiting professionalism by being courteous, well-groomed, and in proper uniform, adhering to local permitting requirements.
  • Participating in company meetings as necessary and sharing ideas with the Canvassing Program Manager to enhance the effectiveness of the canvassing initiatives.
  • Mastering Renewal by Andersen's methodologies, products, and current promotional offerings to become a Signature Service expert.
Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • A valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • A minimum age of 18 to qualify for company driving insurance.
  • Reliable transportation for navigating assigned territories.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • A goal-oriented and self-motivated attitude.
  • The ability to navigate multiple platforms on tablets.
  • Physical capability to stand and walk 3 to 5 miles daily.
