Key Responsibilities
- Provide consulting advice and services to multinational companies concerning retirement and broader HR benefits and compensation issues for their operations globally.
- Work as part of a team to deliver high-quality consulting services to clients, including performing intricate aspects of client work.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including serving as a key contact and taking on a larger project manager role within the team.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and local offices to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
