Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Electrical/Mechanical Technician to join our team at Trulite Glass & Aluminum Solutions. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for the preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical issues on machinery used in our facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical and mechanical equipment, including troubleshooting and resolving issues using CMMS software.
  • Engage in mechanical and electrical repair and maintenance of electronic power generating equipment and transmission distribution and control equipment.
  • Develop and implement solutions to improve operations, and make recommendations involving new techniques, technologies, or concepts.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years of maintenance/electrical, mechanical, residential, or plant experience.
  • Minimum high school education and/or vocational school.
  • Minimum of 3 years of electrical schematics knowledge.
  • Knowledge of 480v 3 phase/270v/110v/24v.
  • Knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and plumbing systems.
  • Experience within the glass industry is a plus.
  • Able to use a multimeter efficiently.
  • Electrical and mechanical knowledge is a plus.
  • Highly proficient at troubleshooting electrical issues.
  • VFD programming knowledge.
  • PLC output and input controls troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of potentiometers/servos/drives/encoders.
