Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Multicraft Maintenance Technician to join our team at Wilks Brothers. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Electrical System Maintenance: Diagnose and repair electrical issues in equipment and systems, ensuring compliance with electrical codes and regulations.
  • Mechanical System Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections of machinery and mechanical systems, identifying potential problems and implementing preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
  • HVAC System Maintenance: Inspect and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, diagnosing and repairing malfunctions and ensuring efficient operation.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures and downtime.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections, providing reports on equipment status and maintenance history.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or GED required; technical degree or certification in electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of five years of experience in a multi-line manufacturing environment.
  • Skills: Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in English language; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Working Conditions
  • Physical Demands: Bending, lifting, climbing, pushing, pulling, kneeling, sitting, standing, and walking for long periods of time; moderate to heavy lifting and carrying required.
  • Environmental Factors: Exposure to moderate noise levels, vibrations, and bright lights; exposure to dust, fumes, and gases; and all climate types, including hot and cold temperatures, humidity, rain, snow, etc.
