Chief Nursing Officer, PRMCE Pacific Campus

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Nursing Officer to lead our nursing services at the PRMCE Pacific Campus. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the delivery of high-quality patient care, ensuring the safety and well-being of our patients, and fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration among our nursing staff.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and standards to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Lead and manage a team of nursing professionals to achieve exceptional patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless care coordination and integration.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care delivered, identifying areas for improvement and implementing evidence-based solutions.
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility and effective resource allocation.
- Recruit, retain, and develop a high-performing nursing team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and organizational policies.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Master's degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
- Washington Registered Nurse License (Vendor Managed).
- 5 years of acute care professional experience, with demonstrated experience as an administrative supervisor or director preferred.
