Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide customers with product details, order processing, billing questions, and service requests.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of customer records and documentation utilizing CRM software.
  • Work closely with fellow team members to guarantee smooth communication and coordination.
  • Recognize opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and propose process improvements.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework or degree is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or a related sector is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong customer-centric approach.
  • Proficient problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
  • A positive demeanor, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn and develop.
