We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Floater to join our team at Beacon Hill Inc. in Midtown Manhattan.
This is a vital role that requires a strong understanding of administrative procedures and excellent communication skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Scheduling meetings and managing complex calendars
- Liaising with clients and providing exceptional customer service
- Booking travel arrangements, including international and domestic flights, hotels, and car services
- Processing expenses and maintaining accurate records
- Composing correspondence and answering calls
- Meeting and greeting guests, and providing a warm welcome
- Assisting with ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed
Requirements:
- At least 3+ years of experience working in a financial institution
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Working hours will be a mix of 4/1 hybrid and 5-day onsite weeks, with daily hours ranging from 8am-4pm to 10am-6pm. Hourly pay rate is $40-50/hr DOE, with potential for overtime as needed.
