  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and effective delivery of services

Requirements:

  • 4-year college degree in a related field (e.g. business, healthcare, environmental services)
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a leadership role in environmental services or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of environmental services operations, including cleaning, disinfection, and waste management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
