Job Summary

The Transplant Program Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the designated program, ensuring its efficient and effective functioning. This includes leading and providing oversight for program development and enhancement, maintaining and managing data systems, and conducting data analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the delivery of nursing services to patients across the organization.
  • Lead and provide oversight for program development and enhancement.
  • Maintain and manage data systems.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Ensure the program adheres to all relevant regulations and standards, maintaining compliance.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and track program activities and outcomes to ensure that the goals and objectives of the program are met.
  • Provide direct, comprehensive clinical care in the scope of professional practice, training, and educating patients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Master's Degree in Public Health, Health Administration, or Nursing (preferred).
  • PA Registered Nurse License.
  • Basic Life Support certification.
  • General experience in a transplant program.
  • General experience and knowledge of Electronic Medical Record.
  • General experience in a clinical management role (preferred).
