Job Summary:

Partners Personnel is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bilingual Production Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the company's logistics activities, ensuring a smooth process from receiving goods to their shipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Logistics Coordination: Arrange and coordinate internal and external logistics activities, ensuring that goods are transported and delivered according to plan.
  • Transportation Management: Track and monitor the transportation process to ensure that goods arrive at their destination on time and adjust transportation plans as needed.
  • Inventory Management: Accurately and efficiently receive incoming goods, materials, and supplies, ensuring that the contents match the packing list and purchase orders.
  • Quality Control: Inspect goods for any damage or defects and report any discrepancies to the Warehouse/Logistics Manager.
  • Shipping and Receiving: Familiarize with and follow packaging and shipping procedures to ensure that goods are shipped on time and accurately.
  • Warehousing and Inventory Management: Coordinate warehousing and inventory management, ensuring the proper and safe storage of goods.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with inventory, purchasing, and transportation departments to ensure inventory levels meet operational needs and address any inventory-related issues.
  • Inventory Audits: Participate in regular inventory audits to ensure that system records are consistent with actual inventory.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with drivers and other warehouse staff to resolve any issues related to incoming shipments.
  • Purchase Order Management: Collaborate with the purchasing department to ensure that purchase orders align with actual received goods.
  • Logistics Optimization: Timely report any challenges or issues in logistics operations and suggest optimization solutions.
  • System Maintenance: Maintain and update logistics management systems to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all transportation and inventory information.
  • Record Keeping: Ensure the completeness and traceability of transportation records, invoices, and receipts.

Requirements:

  • Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in Mandarin and English with High School diploma or above.
  • Logistics Experience: Prior experience in logistics is preferred, with familiarity in goods transportation and warehousing management processes.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate with various parties.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using office software and logistics management systems, such as Microsoft Office, NetSuite, etc.
  • Work Environment: Comfortable working in a manufacturing facility setting with exposure to noise, varying temperatures, and dust.
