Responsibilities
  • Develop new business within an assigned account base.
  • Sell material handling solutions to existing customers and prospects within the region.
  • Prepare and present professional corporate business proposals and executive presentations.
  • Build and foster meaningful business relationships and internal partnerships.
  • Ensure high quality customer satisfaction and retentions.
  • Incorporate all applicable sales stimulation strategies, programs, and other targeting contacts such as cold calling, prospecting, networking, and market knowledge.
  • Produce quotations using Alliance Material's quote system and forward to applicable departments within Alliance for approval and processing.
  • Conduct demonstrations of equipment in the presence of potential and existing customers as required.
Requirements
  • 2 plus years of relevant sales experience.
  • Ability to develop business relationships with clients and decision makers in a corporate structure.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Negotiating and closing skills.
  • Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
  • Daily travel is required.
  • Bachelors or equivalent degree preferred.
  • Must be flexible of roles and responsibilities as a member of the Sales Team.
  • Material Handling or Industrial Warehousing, Industrial Equipment knowledge a plus.
