Your Role:

The Restaurant Quality Assurance Evaluator (RQAE) is tasked with conducting thorough on-site assessments to ensure that our restaurants uphold the highest standards of food safety, cleanliness, customer satisfaction, and brand integrity. The RQAE is also responsible for clear and professional communication regarding all evaluation aspects to various teams within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate performance against a comprehensive set of standards with precision and consistency.
  • Conduct multiple assessments across locations for tests, pilots, or other data collection initiatives.
  • Assist in refining the systems and programs utilized for performance measurement.
  • Provide detailed results accompanied by supporting documentation and images to empower restaurant operators.
  • Organize and oversee a quarterly schedule of assessments, ensuring adherence to timelines and guidelines.
  • Manage travel and expenses in compliance with company policies.
  • Offer insights on programs and systems aimed at enhancing performance management and operational excellence.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in food safety and Raising Cane's specific standards.

Qualifications for Success:

  • In-depth knowledge of restaurant standards and a solid understanding of industry-wide safety and sanitation protocols.
  • Demonstrate brand standards while performing assessments across the organization.
  • Align with organizational values and standards in a dynamic and rapidly evolving business environment.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple shifting priorities.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and energetic with strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in identifying issues, setting objectives, creating actionable plans, and executing those plans to resolve challenges.
  • Skilled in various technology systems, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook), with a quick learning ability for new systems.
  • Willingness to work various shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends, and travel as required for work-related activities and training.
  • Ability to travel 50-75% of the time.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant leadership or quality assurance, preferably in fast food or casual dining, or at least 2 years as an Assistant Restaurant Leader with Raising Cane's, demonstrating a proven track record of performance.
  • A college degree is recommended.
  • Additional certifications related to food safety or quality (HACCP, SQF, etc.) are preferred.

Base salary starting from $75,000 - $85,000 annually plus incentives.

*This position includes an auto allowance, communication allowance, and eligibility for a performance bonus.

*The total compensation package may also encompass other elements, including a performance bonus and discretionary awards, alongside a comprehensive range of medical, financial, and other benefits (such as 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits), depending on the position offered. Compensation is based on location, experience, and qualifications.
