  • As a key member of the North America Supply Chain organization, you will coordinate the movement of shipments from the Distribution Center to Client affiliates, ensuring timely and efficient order fulfillment.
  • You will interface with key stakeholders, including regional business units, distribution operations, and business unit supply chain, to resolve discrepancies and facilitate the smooth flow of orders across the supply chain network.
  • Reporting to the Supervisor, Order Management, you will be responsible for following established procedures, practices, and policies for functional units and the quality systems.
  • You will ensure adherence to regulatory business and department guidelines, policies, and procedures, and resolve sales order issues to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
  • Working closely with distribution centers, you will support on-time delivery and other company key performance indicators, meeting or exceeding established order accuracy and turn-around standards.
  • You will handle all customer contacts professionally and courteously, composing accurate, prompt, and appropriate replies to all customer inquiries.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of business unit and regional services and products, you will manage short-supply situations, backorders, and manual allocations as required.
  • You will input and manage orders for exception products requiring special handling, ensuring that all potentially serious incidents are raised to the appropriate levels of management.
  • Orders will be accurate and released in alignment with service level agreements, and modified in the ERP systems, warehouse management, and transit management systems per regional requirements.
Requirements:
  • A high school diploma plus 3 years of experience is required.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience with ERP system(s) is necessary.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role (export, logistics, order management, customer service) is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years' prior experience in a related industry (i.e., medical device, healthcare supply chain, pharmaceutical) is necessary.
  • A team player with impactful verbal and written communication skills is essential.
  • The ability to influence without authority is required.
  • Strong attention to detail and a strong customer focus are necessary.
  • The ability to build strong relationships with relevant stakeholders is required.
  • Skillful at setting priorities, meeting deadlines, and managing multiple tasks, you will be a versatile learner with the ability to function in a changing environment.
  • Action-oriented and results-driven, you will independently seek continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Self-motivated and productive with little or no direct supervision, you will be proficient in standard business computer software applications (MS Word, Teams, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Beginner to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are preferred.
