Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, inventory, and customer information
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the ordering process
  • Meet order processing and delivery deadlines
  • Continuously improve the ordering process to enhance the customer experience
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in order processing and customer service is preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
