  • Communicate effectively with customers to clarify order details, resolve any issues, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the ordering process.
  • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of uniforms and maintain a smooth supply chain.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to prevent stockouts and maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, inventory, and customer information to ensure seamless order processing and customer service.
  • Meet order processing and delivery deadlines to ensure timely delivery of uniforms to our customers.
  • Continuously improve the ordering process to enhance the customer experience and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in order processing and customer service preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple orders and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
