About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Automotive Sales Professional to join our team at Mike Maroone Automotive. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for helping customers select the right vehicle, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the sales process, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Understand vehicle characteristics, capabilities, and features to provide expert advice to customers.
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle by understanding their requirements and interests.
- Demonstrate vehicles by explaining their features, capabilities, and warranty requirements.
- Meet with customers to discuss their needs and preferences, and negotiate sales.
- Deliver vehicles to customers by providing a comprehensive review of all features and ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
- Participate in sales events and stay up-to-date with market conditions and product development.

- A competitive salary range of $50,000 to $150,000 per year.

Requirements
- Desire to provide a high level of customer service.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Goal-driven and strong desire to succeed.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and strategizing skills.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug/alcohol test.
- Valid driver's license with no more than two violations in the past three years.
