About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Automotive Sales Professional to join our team at Mike Maroone Automotive. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for helping customers select the right vehicle, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the sales process, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Understand vehicle characteristics, capabilities, and features to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle by understanding their requirements and interests.
  • Demonstrate vehicles by explaining their features, capabilities, and warranty requirements.
  • Meet with customers to discuss their needs and preferences, and negotiate sales.
  • Deliver vehicles to customers by providing a comprehensive review of all features and ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in sales events and stay up-to-date with market conditions and product development.

  • A competitive salary range of $50,000 to $150,000 per year.

Requirements

  • Desire to provide a high level of customer service.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Goal-driven and strong desire to succeed.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and strategizing skills.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug/alcohol test.
  • Valid driver's license with no more than two violations in the past three years.
