About this Role

Carrier is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead its Asset Optimization team. As the Associate Director, Asset Optimization, you will be responsible for managing the organization's portfolio, including real estate, facilities, and supply chain operations. This is a global role that requires strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of 4-6 direct reports and oversee global teams within regions.
  • Develop and implement IFM model strategies across Carrier's global portfolio in EMEA and APAC.
  • Manage relationships with Facilities providers and oversee customer relationship management with Carrier Businesses.
  • Drive productivity within the Facilities and Capex categories and reduce total cost of ownership.
  • Lead procurement team responsible for delivering productivity and strategies for the subcontracting services of Field Services category.
  • Work closely with Operations and Supply Chain to initiate, lead, and execute demand management initiatives.
  • Oversee end-to-end Sourcing process: strategy, market analysis, negotiation process, supplier selection, and contract creation.
  • Ensure alignment with Utility programs and site integration to Carrier's processes and tools to enhance energy management and payment.
  • Drive KPIs/SLAs with business partners, deliver planned savings, and maintain high service levels.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 10+ years' experience in facilities management, supply chain management, or operations.
  • 5+ year's experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • 20% travel required international and domestic.
