Key Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in a healthcare environment as a liaison, analyst, coordinator, or project manager. A minimum of 4 years of experience is preferred in gathering requirements and facilitating communication between IT and clinical staff.

2. Background in developing and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) within a clinical framework.

3. Familiarity with clinical helpdesk operations, desktop support, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), Thin Clients, and Mobile Device Management. Experience as a service desk or desktop technician in a healthcare context is highly desirable.

4. Proficient in IT Service Management (ITSM) and Agile methodologies.

5. An Associate's degree is mandatory, while a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

6. Experience in managing smaller projects within a clinical setting, including oversight of timelines and scope.

7. Exceptional communication, documentation, and presentation skills.

This role is pivotal in providing vision and leadership to enhance the utilization of technology. The position oversees all technology operations and strategic initiatives for the affiliate markets. The individual will represent the technology services division with professionalism, adhering to a structured engagement routine with operational leaders. Collaboration with the Vice President of Technology Services and Directors of Technology Services is essential to plan and execute the timely and precise delivery of technical strategies and projects.

This position operates under the guidance of the Director.
