Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Veterinary Technical Solutions Specialist to join our team at JobRialto. This role will be responsible for providing technical support and information to veterinarians, veterinary technicians, and other stakeholders regarding our animal health products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to product inquiries, complaints, and suspected adverse events in a timely and appropriate manner, ensuring compliance with US regulations and relevant GMPs.
  • Provide information and support on proper product use, extra-label use, literature requests, adverse events, and unexpected response to treatment.
  • Maintain a high level of technical and clinical expertise related to our products, staying up-to-date with the latest scientific developments and research.
  • Document all communications within our validated database, assessing and implementing appropriate responses and procedures.
  • Support external and internal sales representatives as needed, providing technical support and attending veterinary conferences.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned, ensuring all company business is conducted in accordance with regulations and company policy.
Requirements
  • Associate Degree or higher in Life Sciences or Veterinary Technician, with a minimum of 3 years experience working in a veterinary clinic.
  • Registered veterinary technician certification.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a strong understanding of basic veterinary practice issues and procedures.
  • Attention to detail, quality focus, and strong technical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently, under pressure, demonstrating initiative and flexibility.
