Responsibilities
- Answer customer calls and schedule follow-up appointments
- Respond promptly to online inquiries using email and phone scripts
- Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to relevant resources
- Present financing options based on customer needs
- Follow up with leads who have not scheduled appointments or no-showed
- Participate in team development sessions and maintain positive relationships with teammates and management
- Utilize CRM tracking daily
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles
- Strong team player attitude
- Prompt and courteous communication
- Enthusiastic personality
- Proficient computer skills
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
Compensation
The estimated annual salary for this role is $55,000-$65,000, depending on experience.
