Key Responsibilities (what RGMs do)

  • Identify and address complex business issues, driving innovation and growth through data-driven decision making.

  • Operational Expert
  • Develop and execute effective business plans, driving sales growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Coach and develop team members to achieve exceptional performance and drive business results.
  • Implement and maintain high standards of operational excellence, ensuring seamless execution of business processes.
  • Utilize leadership styles and tools to drive performance, including High Impact Coaching, EARS, and Period Business Review.

  • Champion and model PMTD Restaurants' culture and values, driving employee engagement and retention.
  • Hold team members accountable through the Performance Management process, recognizing and rewarding exceptional performance.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment, selection, development, and retention strategies to build a high-performing team.

  • Role model a passion for winning in the marketplace, driving sales growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze financial performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, driving business results and competitiveness.
  • Develop and execute marketing initiatives to drive business growth and customer engagement.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with the management team to identify and drive tactics to close performance gaps.

  • Arrive at work on time and be flexible with scheduling to meet business needs.
  • Follow established procedures for operating restaurant equipment and maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Regular access to a personal vehicle is required, with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Able to lift up to 25 pounds and carry up to 30 feet, as well as push/pull up to 90 pounds up to 30 feet.
  • Able to stand and walk for a majority of the work shift.
  • Follow cash handling safety and security procedures and adhere to company safety requirements.
  • Knowledge of and compliance with Human Resources policies and processes.
