Position Summary:

We are currently in search of a Brokerage Associate to support our Industrial Brokerage team in Raleigh, North Carolina. The Brokerage Associate plays a crucial role in enhancing the profitability of the team by delivering research, marketing, administrative, and analytical assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively pursue the necessary education and licensing requirements to obtain a North Carolina Real Estate License.
  • Contribute to the financial success of the brokerage teams through support in business development, research, and transactional efforts.
  • Assist brokerage teams with Special Projects, which will be evaluated individually by your supervisors and will have defined timelines.
  • Participate in tours, meetings, and lease discussions alongside brokerage teams.
  • Report directly to the Industrial Brokerage team.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is required.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in MS Office programs with strong computer skills.
  • Outstanding customer service abilities and a collaborative approach. Maintain professionalism at all times, even in high-pressure situations.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage work effectively under time constraints.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the capacity to resolve issues thoroughly.
