About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team at Sandvik Coromant. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing ongoing support to our customer portfolio by consulting with customers to understand their needs and providing the ultimate customer experience by implementing the full Coromant offer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with Sales Management to define and implement sales strategies that align with the local business plan and drive market share growth.
  • Product and Service Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of Coromant products and services, and be able to communicate their value proposition to customers.
  • Project Management: Manage projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Communication and Presentation: Develop and deliver presentations to customers, stakeholders, and internal teams, effectively communicating business value and solutions.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs, providing insights to inform sales strategies and business decisions.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of sales and marketing management experience, with a proven track record of delivering business results.
  • Education: Degree or equivalent qualification in mechanical/manufacturing engineering, economics, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills, project management expertise, and ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Competencies: Proactive sales and business development, effective customer relationship management, and ability to work in a global matrix organization.
