Position: SERVER

REPORTS TO: Front of House Managers

COMPENSATION: Hourly / Non-Exempt

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Adhere to all operational policies and procedures.
  • Complete assigned opening, ongoing, and closing tasks along with side work.
  • Punctually attend all scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace while following health and safety standards.
  • Process customer orders and payments for food and beverages, ensuring adherence to service protocols.
  • Engage with customers during their dining experience to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of menu items, promotions, ingredients, and preparation times.
  • Proactively suggest menu items and inform guests of specials and promotional events.
  • Serve food and beverages while clearing and sanitizing tables as necessary.
  • Effectively communicate customer orders to kitchen personnel.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Minimum of two (2) years experience in a server role.
  • Valid Texas Food Handler and TABC Certifications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Exceptional guest service skills.
  • High standards for guest satisfaction.
  • Capability to lift over 50 lbs and manage heavy objects.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, exceeding 8 hours.
