Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and subcontractors, to achieve project goals.
  • Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure optimal efficiency and profitability.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and provide guidance to project teams.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent, preferably with a General Contractor.
  • Preferred Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field, although equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Proven track record of employment with a General Contractor.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel extensively, often spending multiple weeks away from home.
