Job Title: Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at HireTalent - Diversity Staffing & Recruiting Firm. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients' Demand Side Management (DSM) team, focusing on energy efficiency and demand response programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and process high-volume work orders for energy efficiency programs, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
  • Verify customer eligibility and ensure accurate incentive processing, maintaining data integrity and compliance.
  • Utilize Salesforce and other systems to track progress, analyze data, and make informed decisions.
  • Participate in pilot programs and support additional projects, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn.
Required Skills:
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Excel, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong data entry and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage high-volume work orders in a shared queue environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Familiarity with PDF handling, scanning, and document management, with a focus on efficiency and productivity.
Work Environment:
  • Collaborative team environment with a mix of independent and team-based tasks, promoting a culture of open communication and mutual support.
  • Standard work hours between 6 AM and 6 PM, with flexibility to accommodate varying schedules and needs.
  • 100% remote work Monday through Thursday, with in-office attendance on Fridays, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.
Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of experience in a high-volume, shared queue environment, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities, with a focus on building strong relationships.
  • Experience in a collaborative, cross-functional team within a corporate setting, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Utility industry experience, especially with rebate processing, is highly preferred, but not required.
