About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Assist customers in selecting the right products, process sales transactions accurately, and maintain a visually appealing store environment.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain precise work order files, pull products from the sales floor or warehouse, and restock shelves as needed.
  • Operational Excellence: Load and unload delivery trucks, assist with deliveries, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Requirements
  • Age and Authorization: Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks, lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently, and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
  • Availability: Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Driver's License: Possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
  • Education: Have at least a High School diploma or GED.
  • Experience: Have at least one year of experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position, preferably in the paint industry.
