Banking Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Float Teller. As a key member of our banking team, you will be responsible for processing customer transactions in a timely and accurate manner, adhering to established Bank regulations and policies.

• Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, both in person and over the phone.
• Develop strong relationships with customers and prospects, offering our banking products and services to meet their needs.
• Initiate the HPG sales process when discussing accounts with customers.
• Work a flexible schedule, floating to our other Muscatine Region locations as needed.
• Meet the requirements of a satisfactory record of work performance and adherence to all Bank Policies and Procedures.

• Post-high school education or one year of experience in banking or a related field.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and float to other locations as needed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and time management skills.
