We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Café Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a key member of our prepared foods team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food products to our members.

• Food Preparation and Service: Prepare and serve a variety of food products, including prepared meals and rotisserie chicken, to meet the needs of our members.
• Food Safety and Quality: Ensure that all food products are prepared and stored in accordance with company food safety standards and quality control procedures.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our members, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels and manage stockroom operations to ensure that products are available for sale.

• Food Service Experience: Previous experience in a food service environment, preferably in a retail or restaurant setting.
• Food Safety Certification: Possess a valid food safety certification, such as a Food Handler's Card.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and team members.
• Basic Math Skills: Possess basic math skills, with the ability to accurately handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.
