  • Hire, train, and supervise a team of maintenance staff to ensure the efficient operation of our facilities.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and provide support as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a maintenance or facilities management role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer service and quality.
