Overview: We are in search of a dedicated customer experience expert with a proven history in order management and customer support. This highly organized professional will operate from our San Francisco gallery, taking charge of order management and customer service across various locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders through the ERP system, generating purchase orders and payment confirmation documents.
  • Review and finalize all order details, including necessary approvals and product specifications.
  • Maintain precise order status, lead times, and delivery reports.
  • Communicate daily with line and artist vendors to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Identify and address any slowdowns in production lead times proactively.
  • Coordinate and track shipping logistics for completed orders.
  • Document and resolve customer and product-related service issues to ensure exemplary outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to guarantee an exceptional customer experience.
  • Assess customer service and order processing systems, providing insights and developing strategies to enhance efficiency.
  • Exhibit extensive knowledge of all representative brands.

Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5+ years of experience in a customer experience or order management role.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP software; proficiency in NetSuite or Salesforce is advantageous.
  • Strong skills in Word and Excel.
  • Excellent email communication and correspondence abilities.
  • Capacity to process high volumes of transactions quickly and accurately.
  • Adept at managing rapidly changing priorities while maintaining quality.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and initiative.
  • Proven ability to build trust and strong relationships with customers and vendors.
