As a Footwear Fit Consultant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to customers from diverse backgrounds, ensuring they have a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service tailored to a wide range of clientele, from avid runners to casual footwear shoppers.
  • Facilitate personalized fitting sessions by asking insightful questions to ensure customers select the ideal footwear and accessories.
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Provide general knowledge about running, training initiatives, and upcoming events.
  • Keep the store organized and clean through regular maintenance.
  • Support management with opening and closing tasks.
  • Assist event personnel with various responsibilities as required.
  • Participate in regular staff meetings and training sessions.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Work Schedule
Primary hours include weekend shifts. Applicants should be prepared to commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week or more.

Qualifications
  • Outgoing demeanor with a willingness to learn.
  • Flexibility in scheduling availability.
  • Prior experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience in outdoor or endurance activities is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting.
  • Must be eligible for employment in the United States.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Strong communication skills, including reading, writing, and counting.
  • Familiarity with sales techniques and customer service best practices.
