Key Responsibilities
  • Source and recruit top talent for engineering and technical positions
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to meet staffing needs and ensure the quality of selection and timeliness of hire
  • Pre-screen potential candidates and assess their qualifications and culture fit through behavioral-based interviews and competency-based evaluations
  • Interview prospective candidates and submit qualified candidates to hiring managers
  • Prepare salary offers in collaboration with compensation specialists and HR Business Partner
  • Uphold legal requirements, company hiring policies, and coach and guide managers accordingly
  • Proactively track progress and all work in the applicant tracking system to ensure metrics are captured and goals are met
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 8 years experience using LinkedIn Recruiter/Indeed
  • Minimum of 8 years experience sourcing for engineering and technical skills
  • Minimum of 8 years experience in Full life cycle recruiting
  • Minimum of 8 years of Multi-site experience
  • Minimum of 8 years experience with Excel and Outlook
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Management
  • Experience recruiting in Aerospace and Defense industries
  • Experience in Engineering or IT recruiting
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, customer service environment
  • Able to manage multiple requisitions at a time (20-25+)
  • Good Negotiation skills
  • Exercised effective influence, consulting, and negotiating skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external customers
