Peraton is seeking a highly skilled Knowledge Management Specialist to support our IC customer in Bethesda, MD. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining KM systems that serve as repositories for storing, sharing, and utilizing data.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement KM systems, including SharePoint sites, databases, and internal websites, to enhance information sharing and collaboration.
* Provide training and support to system users, including IC partners, to ensure effective utilization of KM tools.
* Integrate information with other databases and utilize automated tools and visualizations to facilitate users' access and analysis of information holdings.
* Create and maintain virtual communities of interest to enable ODNI and its partners to collaborate, store, search, and discover information.
* Develop simulations and exercises to test database readiness and communication channels.
* Maintain and update a customer-wide repository for instructions, Internal Process Documents (IPDs), and policy memorandum.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience or no degree and 9+ years of experience.
* TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance.
* Experience with Knowledge Management processes and methodologies, including organizational studies and evaluations, system design and procedures, work simplification and measurement studies.
* Working knowledge of quality control/testing to provide feedback on the functioning of web features in displaying content.
* Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and experience with Content Management Systems: Joomla, WordPress, SharePoint.
* Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Dreamweaver, and Confluence.

* Excellent oral and written communication skills, including preparing operations and procedures manuals.
* Excellent process-oriented organizational skills to ensure well-organized repository and pipeline of content for review and upload.
* Demonstrated open communication and effective collaboration with team members and supervisors to enable continuous performance improvement.

Target Salary Range

$104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
