Job Title: Knowledge Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Knowledge Manager to join our team at Missionbox Solutions. As a Knowledge Manager, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining our knowledge management systems to store, share, and utilize data effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement knowledge management systems to support data sharing and utilization.
  • Advise on the best use of knowledge management tools to enhance information sharing.
  • Train system users and provide user guides as needed.
  • Integrate information with other databases as required.
  • Utilize automated tools and visualizations to facilitate user access and analysis.
  • Create and maintain virtual communities of interest to enable collaboration and information sharing.
  • Develop simulations and exercises to test database readiness and communication channels.
  • Identify opportunities to improve information exchanges across systems and between the Government and private sectors.
  • Maintain and update a customer-wide repository for instructions, IPDs, and policy memoranda.
  • Build data repositories for various mission needs that automatically generate visualizations to support analysis, reporting, and briefings.

Requirements:

  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
  • BA/BS and 3+ years of experience or no degree and 9+ years of experience.
  • Entry-level experience with Knowledge Management processes and methodologies.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong SharePoint experience.
  • Working knowledge of quality control/testing.
  • Excellent process-oriented organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated open communication and effective collaboration with team members and supervisors.
  • Ability to employ specific tools for unique office needs.

Location: Bethesda, MD

Salary: $135,000
