    • Generate detailed reports and analytics to provide insights into configuration trends and identify potential issues, enabling data-driven decision-making.
  • Provide Training and Support
    • Provide training and support to staff on configuration management best practices and effective use of Azure DevOps, ensuring a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
    • Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement, encouraging open communication and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a Configuration Manager or in a similar role, preferably within a research or governmental organization.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong knowledge of configuration management principles, practices, and tools.
    • Proficiency in using Azure DevOps for configuration management, CI/CD pipelines, and reporting.
    • Knowledge of Scrum Agile development methodology.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and provide training to staff.
  • Preferred Qualifications
    • Certification in Configuration Management (e.g., ITIL, PMP, or similar).
    • Experience with other configuration management tools and technologies.
