About the Job

The Army National Guard is seeking a highly skilled Financial Management Technician to join our team. As a Financial Management Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the financial health of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and record financial transactions, including budgeting and accounting for government funds.
  • Manage payment for travel and commercial vendor services, as well as pay support for Soldiers and foreign national employees.
  • Analyze historical spending to formulate budgets for future expenses.
  • Review and audit financial records, contracts, and invoices.
  • Prepare financial reports and travel vouchers.

Requirements

  • Interest in mathematics, statistics, and accounting.
  • Ability to work with numbers and use computers and other office machines.
