- Work closely with design engineers to understand product requirements and translate them into manufacturing specifications.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to drive innovation and operational excellence.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in manufacturing engineering or fabrication, preferably in a specific industry.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and fabrication techniques.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and manufacturing simulation tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex technical issues.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of industry standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance practices.
