Requirements:

* Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field

* Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement tools is a plus
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with data analysis software is a bonus
* Excellent problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to tasks
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work in a collaborative team environment
