Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide general assistance to clients.
  • Work Order Management: Review and promote service requests submitted by customers, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Clerical Support: Maintain accurate records, prepare routine correspondence, and perform data entry tasks.
  • Communication: Interact effectively with staff, students, and faculty to complete work in a cost-effective, efficient, and safe manner.
  • Administrative Support: Assist in the preparation and proofing of materials for reports and other publications.

Requirements:

  • Previous call center or contact center experience is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and perform data entry tasks.

Pay Range: $22.00 to $24.00/hour, based on experience.
