ProCare Therapy is seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in a school setting.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to students
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student communication goals
- Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as necessary
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Speech Therapy
- Valid Rhode Island SLP License
- Previous experience in a school setting is preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
