Key Responsibilities:
- Define the vision and roadmap for the cloud and managed services portfolio.
- Analyze the competitive landscape and industry trends, adjusting product strategies to sustain our market edge.
- Engage with clients, solution architects, and pre-sales teams to collect insights, understand challenges, and validate product direction.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and sales teams to prioritize and drive product development initiatives, ensuring timely delivery of new features and ongoing customer satisfaction.
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement product enhancements and development initiatives.
- Guide developments and enhancements through necessary commercial and product development stages from concept to launch, including required documentation.

- Promote continuous improvement initiatives to refine all product-related processes, including service delivery, pricing, billing, and reporting.
- Ensure all product-related documentation is current, including product descriptions, process documentation, and workflows.

Qualifications:
- BA/BS in engineering, computer science, or a related discipline; advanced degrees or certifications are advantageous.
- Over 5 years of experience in product management.
- Strong grasp of cloud computing technologies (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and managed services offerings.
- Familiarity with public cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or similar.
- Comprehensive understanding of service design principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience with project management tools and software, such as Jira, Microsoft Project, or Asana.

Performance Metrics:
- Profit and loss performance of assigned products.
- Timely development of new products and enhancements within budget.
- Prompt resolution of product process issues.
- Achievement of product revenue and margin targets.
- Proactive and independent collaboration with technical, marketing, and sales teams to define and deliver requirements.
