Job Summary

As a Proximity Marketing Team Lead at Andersen, you will be responsible for leading a team of proximity agents in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to analyze the effectiveness of proximity programs and teams.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead a team of proximity agents with a direct hands-on approach, providing motivation and coaching to help the team reach its goals.
* Recruit, hire, and train proximity agents through cost-effective recruiting tools, including partnering with temporary agencies when necessary.
* Oversee all proximity marketing field activities, including training, role playing, daily meetings, field supervision, and motivating team members.
* Create and develop the culture of the local proximity team through personal role modeling and desired behaviors.
* Monitor and coach every team member to ensure they are following proper procedures, scripts, and customer service guidelines.
* In partnership with the Marketing leadership team and Regional Canvass Manager, budget to generate qualified leads and appointments through proximity efforts.
* Perform administrative tasks, including coordinating proximity logistics, permit logistics, script and flyer maintenance, organizing field lead sheets, and verifying/validating leads gathered during each shift.
* Provide timely tracking and entering of marketing data into the corporate database.
* Provide information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, email, or in person on neighborhoods and cities where our products and services can be demonstrated with the intent of generating qualified leads and appointments.

* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to self-manage resources (time and budget) to achieve objectives.
* Ability to analyze the effectiveness of proximity programs and teams.
* Ability to understand the role of marketing communications, sales promotion, and advertising.
* Ability to demonstrate strong leadership skills.
* Demonstrated analytic skills.
* Demonstrated ability in Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel.
