Sales Director

DataRobot, Inc. is seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our Americas sales team as VP of Sales-Americas. This key leadership role is responsible for developing and executing regional sales strategies that align with our organizational and go-to-market strategy.
The ideal candidate will bring an energetic and aspirational approach to their leadership, fostering a high-performing culture while building strong relationships with our prospects, customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the Americas region that drives revenue growth, market share, and brand recognition.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, enhancing their skills and capabilities to achieve individual and team targets.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key prospects, customers, and partners, understanding their needs to drive tailored solutions and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and growth opportunities, making data-driven decisions to optimize sales performance.
- Set ambitious sales targets and KPIs, regularly monitoring progress and implementing corrective actions, as necessary, to achieve and exceed objectives.
- Partner with the revenue operations team to ensure the optimization of sales processes, tools, and technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Salary Range: $180,000 - $220,000 per year.
